I need a cheap and good hair salon. The most I'm willing to spend is $50 but anything cheaper would be great. Some place in Queens or Astoria, NY. There was one place I was looking at...Empire Beauty School in Astoria but I'm really nervous about an unprofessional touching my hair since my graduation pictures are on Wednesday. I also need a place that can work with my frizzy/dry hair. The last hair salon I went to, the hair stylist dried out my hair and my hair has never been the same ever since...I don't want it to be flat I just want my hair to be unfrizzy and undry with body.
